Service

Tilewise provides AI-powered texture and tile generation for game developers and digital creators. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Generated Content

You are free to use textures and tiles generated through Tilewise for any personal or commercial purpose, including in published games and digital products. No attribution to Tilewise is required.

Generated content may contain invisible digital watermarks applied during the generation process. This is standard practice for AI-generated imagery and does not restrict your usage rights.

Generations created on the free tier may be curated and featured in the public Tilewise gallery to showcase the tool. Gallery entries are displayed without personally identifying the creator. Paid subscribers’ generations are never added to the gallery unless you opt in through your account settings. You may request removal of a specific gallery entry at any time by contacting hello@tilewise.ai.

Exclusivity

Generated outputs are not exclusive. Other users may receive similar or identical results from similar inputs. Tilewise does not guarantee uniqueness of any generated content.

Intellectual Property

Tilewise does not claim ownership of content you generate. Note that AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright protection in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for understanding the intellectual property laws applicable to your use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Tilewise to generate content that is illegal, harmful, infringing on the rights of others, or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Age Requirement

Tilewise is intended for users aged 18 or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the service.

Your Data

Tilewise collects basic account information (email, display name) and stores your projects and generated content. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to understand site usage. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Service Availability

Tilewise is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tilewise and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. We encourage resolving any disputes informally by contacting us first. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Oslo District Court.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
